Position Overview
The individual will be responsible for managing customer accounts, ensuring that we provide the highest level of customer service and attentiveness to our clients. This role also serves as a strategic 340B advisor, helping clients optimize their programs and navigate compliance challenges. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resourceful, and able to work independently, ...while also being approachable, cooperative, and maintaining a positive, solution-oriented attitude that fosters strong working relationships. They must be able to work effectively across teams and demonstrate a strong sense of collaboration and inclusivity in all interactions. The individual will interact with Covered Entities, Pharmacies, Gateway Providers, and others, and must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously while serving as a subject matter expert and going above and beyond for our entities.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to clients by providing proactive account management, insights, and recommendations to enhance 340B program performance and ensure compliance.
- Independently manage client relationships and responsibilities while aligning with team goals and contributing to a collaborative, inclusive work culture.
- Lead regular client engagements, including monthly 340B Health Report calls, financial performance reviews, and mock audits to assess program effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.
- Support clients in maximizing program savings through strategic initiatives such as expanding pharmacy networks, capturing referral prescriptions, and implementing innovative solutions.
- Provide responsive client support through training, troubleshooting, and resolution of service requests, maintaining a professional and approachable demeanor in all interactions.
- Assist clients in preparing for HRSA and external audits, ensuring readiness and adherence to regulatory standards.
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve client workflows and application use, leveraging up-to-date knowledge of 340B guidelines and best practices.
- Collaborate with technical teams to analyze capture rates and resolve data integrity issues.
- Perform additional duties as needed to support client success and organizational objectives.
Qualifications
Required
- 1+ years of experience in the 340B space, including roles such as 340B Program Manager, Coordinator, or Analyst at a 340B Covered Entity.
- Strong attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in managing data and program requirements.
- Proven ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders and resolve complex issues effectively.
- Deep knowledge of and passion for the 340B Drug Pricing Program.
- Hands-on experience with split-billing software and contract pharmacy operations.
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
340B Apexus Certified Expert (ACE) preferred.
