About the role…

The Operations Analyst will be responsible for coordinating and providing analytical support on PharmaForce’s operational issues, review of data collection and analysis to detect deficient controls, and to optimize compliance.

The individual must be detailed oriented, proactive, and solution oriented in coming up with the best and most efficient ways to continually improve. The individual will be able to work with minimal supervision and go above and beyond for our customers.

What You’ll Be Doing…

  • Provide data, information, and reports as needed for other business units within the organization.
  • Create ways to monitor and analyze data to determine anomalies.
  • Determine root cause of identified issues and work with the team to provide overall impact and get them resolved.
  • Ensure all interfaces and data exchanges with our vendors are traceable, valid, and accountable.
  • Identify operational issues and raise to the respective departments and collaborate on solution.
  • Identify data trends and make recommendations for quality improvement.
  • Compile analytical and statistical reports as needed.
  • Develop reports that can be used to educate staff and assist management in tracking the overall financial impact on the organization.
  • Monitor ordering processes.
  • Develop working relationships across multiple teams to facilitate productive exchanges of information.

What You’ll Need To Have…

  • Strong experience and comfort level with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to be a self-starter, including strong multi-tasking capability, track record of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to professionally communicate in both written and verbal forms with all levels of internal and external customer base.
  • Ability to analyze data issues and troubleshoot problems with data.
  • Passion for working with customers, proactive problem-solving, and embodying a culture to exceed expectations.
  • Experience working in a goal oriented, delivery focused, and dynamic environment.
  • 2+ years of 340B experience preferred.
